1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between cappersintel.com, ("Consultant", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website [cappersintel.com] and purchasing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your payment for the Service constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

The Consultant provides independent analytical services in the field of sports. The Services include, but are not limited to:

Preparation and delivery of analytical reports, predictions, and forecasts concerning sports events.

Consultation based on statistical data and expert analysis.

Provision of informational materials related to sports analytics.

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Consultant does not accept bets, place bets on behalf of the Client, or participate in any form of gambling activities. The Client is solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided by the Consultant.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for the Services is required in full, in advance, via the payment methods provided on our website (e.g., through the CloudPayments processing system).

All prices are stated in USD. The Consultant is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic receipt to the email address you provided.

4. Delivery of Service

The Service (e.g., the analytical report/prediction) will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout within 10 minutes of confirmed payment.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately delivered nature of our Services, we generally do not offer refunds.
Refund requests may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

The Service was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.

The delivered Service is fundamentally different from what was explicitly described on the product page.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cappersintel0@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, analyses, reports, and methodologies provided to you are the intellectual property of the Consultant. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content provided by the Consultant.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE CONSULTANT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CONSULTANT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON THE ANALYSIS PROVIDED.
